Who we are

Grand Pharma Corp is a pharmacy company in Metro Manila. This page covers the internal tools we use to run the company. They are used only by our own staff.

Google sign-in

Our internal ERP lets staff in with their Google account. We use only the name and email address Google gives us, to check that the person is on our list of staff and to show them the pages meant for their role. We do not read their Gmail, Drive, contacts or calendar through this sign-in.

Google Drive (inbox tool)

Our inbox tool saves supplier invoice files that our branches upload into the company's own Google Drive. It uses Google Drive's drive.file access, which lets the tool see and change only the files and folders it created itself. It cannot read any other file in the Drive. We use it only to file those invoices so our team can find them.

What we keep, share and sell

• We keep invoice files and the staff email addresses on our list for as long as the business needs them.
• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not share it with third parties, except the service providers that host our systems (such as Google Cloud) and only to run them.
• We do not collect or store patient data in these tools.

Your choices

Staff can ask us to remove their access at any time. Anyone can ask us what we hold about them, or ask us to delete it, by emailing maxionnoelle@gmail.com.
